The use of the Sounds presented on this Website without license is prohibited.  All Sounds presented on this Website combined with their metadata, descriptions and general presentation are the property of Jamifi and its Sound Providers and are protected by international copyright laws.

It is the intention of Sonoport and its Sound Providers to present the most accurate metadata, descriptions and general information on Sounds as possible and on the services of the Website as a whole, however if typographical and technical errors exist Sonoport cannot be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from the inaccuracy of any information of Sounds on the Website.

Refund policy

All sales and downloads are final. Sonoport agrees however to refund you if the Sound You downloaded is defective and Sonoport cannot provide an working copy. Only when Sonoport cannot provide a working copy of a purchased Sound will Sonoport refund You.  To notify Us about defective Sounds, please contact us via the Website.

Privacy policy

The personal information on users collected on this site by Sonoport is used for statistical, billing and contact purposes only. Sonoport holds your data confidentially, it will not be sold to any third parties.

Termination

Both Sonoport and You can terminate your membership account and this contract for any reason with a written notice and proof of identity. When Sonoport terminates an account all the Sounds in the terminated account will be removed from the Website.

Indemnification

By using this Website You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sonoport and its officers, employees, shareholders, directors and suppliers against all damages, claims, costs, liability and expenses, including all reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of this Agreement, the use of this Website and the use or the inability of use of any Sound, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an Sound, or any claim by a third party related to the use of a Sound.

Warranty and Liability

THE WEBSITE AND THE SOUNDS THAT ARE PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND SONOPORT OFFERS NO EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, REGARDING ANY OF THE SOUNDS, THE WEBSITE, THE ACCURACY OF ANY METADATA, DESCRIPTIONS, INFORMATION, ALONG WITH ANY OF THE RIGHTS OR LICENSES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
